1. Operator and service

Era is a Quickesta product combining business records, chat, integrations and workflows in a workspace. These terms apply to Quickesta services at quickesta.com and the Era product at getera.io / app.getera.io.

2. Accounts and authority

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and have authority to act for a business. Workspace administrators manage people and app permissions. Do not access accounts or data without authorisation.

3. Connected apps and automation

Review permissions when connecting an app. Authorised tools and enabled workflows can read data, change records or send messages on your behalf. Assess your authority and the data being transferred before connecting. External providers’ own terms apply; connections depend on their approval, permissions and availability.

4. Artificial intelligence

AI responses and suggestions can be incorrect. Review financial, legal and other important decisions. You are responsible for the fees and terms of your own connected AI subscription or API key. Our privacy policy explains how necessary content can be sent to the selected provider for your requested operation.

5. Fees and subscriptions

Price, period, taxes and any renewal/cancellation conditions are shown when purchasing a paid service. These terms do not create a fee or automatic payment authorisation you have not expressly accepted. Contact the operator above about cancellation and billing.

6. Your content and acceptable use

Rights to uploaded content remain with you or its owner. You authorise processing only as needed to provide the service. Unlawful content, unauthorised access, unsolicited bulk communications, malware and infringement are prohibited. See acceptable use.

7. Ending the service and data

Follow deletion instructions to request account or data erasure. If access is suspended or the service closes, we provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to request your data unless security or law prevents it. We do not promise a generally available one-click account deletion control or an export feature for every type of data.

8. Availability and responsibility

We work to operate the service carefully, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or correct AI output. Mandatory law, consumer rights and liability for intent or gross negligence remain unaffected.

9. Law and changes

The law of Türkiye applies. Statutory rights to apply to competent courts, consumer arbitration bodies and other authorities remain protected. We communicate material changes in the service or through your registered contact channel.
